The game is fun, but when you need to get a locked item you have to pay $1.00. Also, it is very hard to earn coins, so you are stuck with dentistry and ambulance for a super long time. You never get to do birth or surgery. It would be better if you play small games to earn coins to play the other games like surgeon, and if you get enough points in the small game, you have a chance to win the locked item/items. Other than that the game is pretty fun.

So first my sister likes to use my phone and play this but you have to pay for tools and too many ads when ever I look back she is clicking on an ad and I have to get her out.

Every time I go to do something else an ad pops up!!!!! Its so annoying! You should get ride of all the ads in the middle of the game and just put it in the beginning!!! If this keeps up I might think of deleting the game!
